What is the process of making a Will?
There are two appointments required. The first is to take your instructions. Following this meeting you will be sent a draft of your Will and once approved a second meeting will be arranged to sign your Will.
When is a trust beneficial?
A trust should be considered if you have vulnerable beneficiaries, extensive wealth, a business, farm or children from previous marriages. They can also be used to safeguard 50% of your property against care home fees.
What is probate?
Probate, or more generally known as the Grant of Representation, is a legal document approved by the probate registry so that personal representatives can handle assets and liabilities in an estate and administer the estate to beneficiaries.
